What I did
Directed the CGI/VFX approach and approvals across two films in tandem (NA9 & NA7).
Led cross-team comms to balance creative ambition with budget and timeline.
Produced animatics to align stakeholders and guide freelance artists to final.
Edited the final films (offline/online) and handled sound design & mastering for delivery.
Served as the primary point of contact for all CGI/VFX decisions.
Key responsibilities
Storyboarding support: shaping shots to best leverage CGI for the concept.
Creative–production liaison: ensuring budgets, schedules, and creative goals were met.
Freelance direction: tasking, feedback, and shot ownership via animatics and WIPs.
Quality control: maintaining continuity with Panasonic’s existing imagery.
Technical highlights
Cinema 4D animation & scene assembly; Octane look-dev and rendering.
Environment build guided by brand references using an AI-assisted HDRI pipeline (generation + refinement) for premium, physically plausible lighting.
Precision texturing, lighting, and photoreal product surfacing.
Motion tracking and compositing; VFX polish and colour grading.
Video editing (offline/online), audio cleanup, sound design, and mastering.
Brand consistency: meticulous matching of existing imagery across touchpoints.
